The spa's tranquility was enhanced by the beautiful indoor pool area, despite the water being chilly. Breakfast choices were impressive but could improve in quality. The staff was professional overall.

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

The room was excellent considering the price paid. I have expected to be assigned in a small room but on the contrary it was quite large. The breakfast was more than acceptable both due to the variety of food provided and the helpful staff.

The person from the reception "front desk" was not so friendly as it should have been.

Had a squiz at the spa which was sweet as, but the breakfast lacked a proper range and was rushed before it finished. A decent stay.

that there still are smoker's rooms and smoking is allowed within the hotel. I am not a smoker myself but traveling accompanied by a smoker can be a big hustle in places where smoking is completely banned.

I booked a double room with 2 beds (I was traveling with my son who is 18 years) and I have got a single double bed which made us feel a bit uncomfortable as we didn't share a bed since he was 5.

Greenery around the hotel, updated Brasserie area & fitness facilities.

Shuttle to go to the city center wasn't available on day1.

The staff is friendly and professional, the breakfast buffet is excellent, and the spa offers a nice escape with its relaxing amenities.

Inconsistencies in service level and noise issues from nearby events affected my overall comfort .

It is excellent that the hotel has a swimming pool. With kids this provides a tonne of fun

The breakfast isn't that great and expensive. I was glad ours was included in the room price or I don't think we would have had it, and I can't believe they charge for internet in your room. Even more confusing is that there is free wireless internet in the lobby

Parking costs extra, a bit of a letdown when you think it's usually included. The mattress in some rooms can feel hard and uncomfortable, and the soundproofing between walls doesn't quite live up to expectations, given the proximity to busy areas.

I made a complaint about the sound of the airconditioning. This enoying buzz kept me awake almost the entire night.

I enjoyed the outdoor space, perfect for a quiet morning. The fitness facilities helped me stay energized. One drawback was that the parking came at an additional cost, unexpected for me as I usually prefer all-inclusive options during my travels.

Hotel was very nice and clean . Breakfast was common one as the majority of hotels. Room was big with nice facilities . Price I pay was good Compare what hotel was . I suggested for your next trip. Parking was free for me but Internet was very expensive . I used my cell for this purpose .
